A perfect serene stay
attentive staff lovely kristy warm greet romantic feel
the staff was attentive. kristy was lovely, she always greeted me so warmly whenever i went to the mosaic restaurant. she remembered my preferences. the attentiveness definitely created a romantic feel.
the hotel is in the city, so some shops close early during the weekend. it was a little inconvenient, but not a big issue.

the staff were genuinely friendly, they escorted me over to check-in. the check-in team were wonderful, and the person who helped me was personable. this added to the romantic atmosphere.

the hotel features a well-equipped fitness area, also a nice swimming pool. the spa create an atmosphere of tranquility. i felt a great sense of peace and relaxation .

Service Disorganization Dampened the Stay
staff disorganization room delay
Breakfast was quite good it was a definite highlight of the stay
The stay felt disorganized upon arrival I was informed that my room was being cleaned staff said I could wait in the lounge somebody would come get me once it was ready. After 45 minutes with impatient children I asked about the room soon. A staff member called to check and advised that the room would not be ready anytime soon it was frustrating

bland buffet selection faulty in-room tablet
the location worked. it had proximity to several tube stations.
The breakfast was not good. the buffet selection was underwhelming and tasted bland. the in-room tablet didn't work properly. it kept displaying a low battery message, even when charging. This reminded me of a budget hotel experience, not a luxury one.
